2014 Year in Reading

Happy holidays to the readers of this blog! I hope everyone has been enjoying the festive season.

As the final days of this turbulent year draw nearer and social media feeds pile up with end-of-the-year lists, I decided to weigh in (like everyone else) with a review of my reading in 2014. 2014 is a bit of a milestone for me in terms of my reading habits. It was the year in which I graduated and found so much more time for reading. It was also the year in which I discovered BookTube and entered the book blogging community, taking the plunge with this blog along with a Tumblr-based companion blog.

According to Goodreads, this year, I’ve read about 58 books, which I’ve posted below. I’ve also highlighted some of my favourites (with more than a few appearances made by the brilliantly witty Oscar Wilde) and least favourites if you’re interested.
